Seasonal Customer Service Representative
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Process a high volume of inbound customer orders via phone, email, and chat efficiently and accurately
Assist with CRM data cleanup and organization to maintain accurate customer records
Resolve technical purchase-related inquiries and assist customers with product activation issues
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role in the music or music education industry
Familiarity with MakeMusic Cloud or Finale, or the ability to learn new software quickly
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical purchase issues via telephone and email
Technical proficiency with both PC and Mac platforms
Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment managing high volumes of inquiries
