A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to manage customer onboarding and project coordination for their Safety Platform solutions. Key Responsibilities Assist Project Managers with onboarding new and existing customers, managing conversions and installations Conduct customer training sessions and maintain accurate project documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and enhance customer satisfaction Required Qualifications 2+ years of Project Management or similar Customer Onboarding or Support experience Bachelor's Degree Strong experience with G-Suite; familiarity with Monday.com and Salesforce.com is a plus Ability to work across multiple time zones in the USA Dedicated home office space and willingness to travel 0-15%
