Onboarding Project Manager

A company is looking for an Onboarding Project Manager to support project implementation efforts and customer onboarding. Key Responsibilities Ensure program delivery with accuracy and quality by collaborating with customers, payment networks, banks, vendors, and cross-functional teams Act as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation, building relationships and understanding integration needs Utilize project management tools and methodologies to deliver projects on time and to exceptional standards Required Qualifications 2 to 4 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and PMI certification Strong organizational abilities and effective time management skills Proven ability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions Experience in developing and maintaining productive working relationships with team members and stakeholders Self-motivated and adaptable to changing priorities in a high-pressure environment
