Key Responsibilities Oversee operational requirements and compliance for the Government Banking department Provide support to sales analysts and relationship managers, including client interaction and transaction processing Manage departmental reporting and assist with onboarding and training of new staff Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in client and internal bank interactions Undergraduate degree (4 years or equivalent) preferred Proven ability to manage department processes and procedures Understanding of standard banking processes and core banking requirements Strong project and process management skills
