A company is looking for a Supervisor of Operations. Key Responsibilities: Coach and develop team to achieve account specific and organization CPIs and KPIs Monitor employee performance and manage coaching, rewards, and recognition activities Handle escalated customer calls and promote teamwork and cooperative effort Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred 1+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or related field, with 12 months in a supervisory role Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred Proficiency with necessary technology, including computers and software applications Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees effectively
