A company is looking for an Operations Technician II. Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain the Broadband network, including evaluating and managing trouble tickets Document network failures and maintenance activities while analyzing and resolving trouble situations Provide Tier I support and interact with repair teams, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of trouble tickets Required Qualifications Knowledge and experience in Broadband / DSLAM network systems and configurations Basic understanding of Ethernet router/switch and ATM network equipment Familiarity with Element Management Systems (EMS) and Operational Support Systems (OSS) Ability to work in a 24x7 environment, including evenings, nights, and weekends Industry certifications in Business Management or Technical fields are a plus
