Paid Social Marketing Manager
A company is looking for a Paid Social Manager to oversee paid social and display programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop quarterly channel roadmaps, audience frameworks, and testing calendars aligned with company goals
Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns to enhance ROAS and CAC
Conduct weekly pacing, post-campaign analyses, and attribution modeling
Required Qualifications
4-7 years of experience managing paid social display campaigns in high-growth B2C or marketplace environments
Proven success in achieving ROAS/CAC targets on Meta and at least one other platform (TikTok, Pinterest, Criteo)
In-depth knowledge of campaign structures, tracking, and creative best practices
Ability to manage end-to-end workflows with minimal oversight
Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel/Sheets and familiarity with BI tools; SQL knowledge is a plus
