Participant Service Center Representative
A company is looking for a Participant Service Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service through phone calls, emails, and faxes for retirement plan participants
Assist participants with inquiries regarding account balances, withdrawals, and fund transfers
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and resolve participant issues
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the financial services industry
Basic knowledge of retirement plan services and daily recordkeeping
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Defined Benefit or Defined Contribution experience preferred
