Patient Account Supervisor

A company is looking for a Patient Account Supervisor. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead Patient Account Representatives, managing performance metrics and staff scheduling Train and develop staff to enhance skills, knowledge, and engagement while addressing performance deficiencies Respond to requests and complete accounts referred to the Supervisory Desk in a timely manner Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent education 4-7 years of relevant experience preferred Advanced knowledge of UB-04, EOB interpretation, CPT and ICD-9 codes Supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
