Patient Account Supervisor

A company is looking for a Patient Account Supervisor responsible for supervising and leading Patient Account Representatives. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day operations of Patient Account Representatives, including performance management and A/R management Train, develop, and motivate staff while identifying performance deficiencies and implementing action plans Respond to requests and ensure timely completion of accounts referred to the Supervisory Desk Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High School diploma or equivalent education 4-7 years of relevant experience preferred Advanced knowledge of UB-04, EOB interpretation, CPT, and ICD-9 codes Supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership capabilities Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
