A company is looking for a Patient Account Supervisor. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead Patient Account Representatives, managing performance metrics and staff scheduling Train, develop, and motivate subordinates while maintaining a positive work environment Respond to requests and issues from staff, management, and clients in a timely manner Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent education 4-7 years of relevant experience preferred Advanced knowledge of UB-04, EOB interpretation, CPT, and ICD-9 codes Supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
