A company is looking for a Payroll Architect - New Client Implementation. Key Responsibilities Execute discovery and analysis of third-party payroll systems for integration with Benefitsolver Lead discussions on payroll requirements, testing, and ongoing deduction files Maintain payroll documentation and provide project communication to clients Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) with 5+ years of implementation and payroll integration experience Experience in data gathering, system configuration, and ETL process creation Expertise with Excel; familiarity with Access, XML, JavaScript, and ETL tools is a plus Proven ability to manage multiple high-profile projects in a fast-paced environment Exceptional client relationship skills and a collaborative, client-focused attitude
