Key Responsibilities Register new and current clinical research participants and conduct pre-screening procedures for eligibility Maintain accurate and confidential participant records while communicating study requirements and scheduling screenings Train new staff and participate in outreach projects related to recruitment and database optimization Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years' experience in a clinical setting (research or healthcare) Minimum of 1 year experience in clinical research recruitment Health care practice experience with a valid license (RN, LPN) Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures Ability to multi-task within multiple systems/databases
