Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate medical care for members, ensuring appropriate and cost-effective treatment Evaluate treatment plans and establish the need for inpatient care using medical criteria Collaborate with healthcare providers and case management staff to facilitate appropriate care and discharge planning Required Qualifications Active Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of PA; BSN preferred Minimum three years of clinical experience or equivalent, with preference for medical management experience Knowledge of current trends in medical practice Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software Experience in educating providers on managed care practices
