A company is looking for a Sr Risk Manager to provide risk decisioning strategies and recommendations to clients. Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to clients, tailoring risk strategies and providing technical and operational guidance Collaborate with Account Management and Risk teams to monitor product usage and suggest improvements for client success Manage client-facing communications and interface with various stakeholders while advocating for customer needs Required Qualifications 10+ years in a tech industry client-facing role, ideally in a managerial or consulting capacity Deep understanding of KYB, KYC, AML, and CDD regulations with experience in designing compliant solutions Technical aptitude for web applications and web services APIs Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields such as engineering, math, or computer science Prior experience with KYC/Credit/Risk decisioning systems and familiarity with tools like Zendesk and JIRA
