A company is looking for a Registered Nurse for the Grant Street Medicine program. Key Responsibilities Provide trauma-informed health and behavioral healthcare alongside Street Medicine providers Perform clinical duties, including medication reconciliation and data reporting Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations and provide trauma-prevention education Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing or certification in a recognized specialty Enrolled in RN to BSN or RN to MSN program with a minimum of 12 credits completed within the last 12 months Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions and unique community locations Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends Experience in community-based healthcare is preferred
