People and Development Lead
A company is looking for a People and Development Lead for North America.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a thought partner and advisor to the NA Regional Lead and their Leadership Team
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop goals and strategies for culture, talent acquisition, and retention
Ensure compliance with employee-related laws and oversee human resource programs and practices
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
At least ten years of human resource management experience in a people-oriented business
Experience working within a global function in a matrixed organization
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations in the US and Canada
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred
