People Generalist
A company is looking for a People Generalist (West).
Key Responsibilities
Develop strong relationships and collaborate with key partners across the Retail organization
Convert insights into tactical initiatives to enhance organizational structure and talent strategy
Provide support to Store Managers and District Leaders, conduct interviews, and analyze trends for actionable solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
Must be available to work standard west coast business hours
Strong passion for supporting people and leading with a people-first mindset
Experience in managing employee relations and compliance risks
