A company is looking for a Head of Property Management Sales. Key Responsibilities: Sell and position the SaaS-based Reputation Management platform to strategic clients in the Property Management sector Own the entire sales cycle, aggressively hunting and closing deals Lead and mentor the industry sales team to meet and exceed sales targets Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in Property Management SaaS or software sales Proven success selling to property management companies, REITs, or multifamily operators Experience as an industry Sales Leader or in a similar leadership role Demonstrated ability to build a sales pipeline through effective hunting and prospecting Proficiency in Salesforce (preferred) and revenue forecasting
