Pharmacy Communications Manager
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Communications Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Triage inbound pharmacy messages, assign owners, set priorities, and enforce SLAs
Draft and send outbound updates on order statuses, formulary changes, and policy reminders
Maintain real-time visibility by running daily queue health checks and coordinating feedback loops
Required Qualifications
4+ years in Customer Service Operations, Program Management, or Partner Success in a regulated setting
Experience managing ticket queues or shared inboxes with external partners
Proven track record of meeting SLAs while balancing empathy, compliance, and speed
Working knowledge of HIPAA and familiarity with other PHI/PII frameworks
Located in the US or Canada with reliable broadband and overlap with Eastern hours
