Principal OEM Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Develop complex commercial offers for the Parts Business by reviewing client specifications and collaborating with suppliers
Prepare technical offers and align cost, lead time, and pricing strategies with relevant teams
Lead process improvement projects to enhance quote turnaround time and communicate with stakeholders on high-priority offers
Required Qualifications
B.S. degree in engineering, business management, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in engineering, business, operations, or nuclear parts sales
Strong understanding of financials and ability to develop commercial offers
Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset and business analysis skills
Clear understanding of organizational procedures and processes
