Principal Technical Artist
A company is looking for a Principal Tools & Pipeline Technical Artist.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Tech Art and Engineering to develop artist-facing tools for various art disciplines
Optimize internal artist tools, add features, and resolve bugs
Troubleshoot production issues related to art tools and creation workflows
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience as a Technical Artist in gaming or a related industry
Expertise in Maya, Unreal Engine 5, and Python scripting
Proven experience with 3D character-based game production pipelines
Experience designing UI within artist DCC tools
Proficiency with version control systems (Perforce, Git)
