Help Desk Technician
A company is looking for a Help Desk Technician.
Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite, email, and chat support for end user MAC and Windows systems and applications
Troubleshoot requests remotely via phone, email, or remote technologies
Support Microsoft Office applications for both Mac and Windows
Required Qualifications
3+ years of MAC experience (MAC OS X version 10.10 to current and IOS 11.x.x to current)
3 years experience in troubleshooting end-user hardware, software applications, and network connectivity
Demonstrated Mac proficiency and JAMF experience
Broad knowledge of technology hardware, software, and concepts
Extensive knowledge of peripherals and enterprise environment hardware/software
