Help Desk Technician
A company is looking for a Help Desk Tech Expert.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, install, configure, maintain, and support all applications and hardware
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to meet contractual SLAs at the L3 Service Level
Provide ongoing education and training to users while analyzing Helpdesk entries to ensure client needs are met
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology or 8+ years of IT Hardware/Software Application Support
CompTIA Security+ Certification
Active DOD Security Clearance at the Secret Level or higher
Knowledge of IT operations in a government environment
8+ years of IT experience working with the United States Government preferred
