Help Desk Technician
A company is looking for a Help Desk Analyst for a contract position that is 100% remote.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support for desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and their respective software
Resolve computer hardware, software, internet, and web-based application issues
Utilize help desk ticketing system and provide remote and in-person support as needed
Required Qualifications
Solid background in Windows and Active Directory
Experience with minor hardware repairs
Familiarity with imaging computers using agency-approved software
Ability to set up mobile devices including laptops, tablets, and smartphones
Experience in providing support for printers and copiers
