A company is looking for a Program Coordinator to manage operations and relationships for international medical students and US school partners. Key Responsibilities Serve as a liaison with physicians and administrators to ensure program quality and compliance Coordinate and organize documents submitted by medical trainees and ensure eligibility requirements are met Develop and maintain relationships with preceptors and administrators to enhance customer satisfaction Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or a minimum of three years of relevant experience Experience communicating with medical professionals and familiarity with healthcare or medical education Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a bonus Experience with CRM software and project management tools is a plus
