A company is looking for a Manager, Project Finance. Key Responsibilities Optimize the JV-based Project Finance Model for efficient capital deployment and risk management Develop and manage financial models for energy asset development businesses Support due diligence for energy asset project originations and manage financing transactions Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Project Finance, Renewable Energy, Private Equity, or Investment Banking Proven track record in financing Community, C&I Solar, and ESS projects in the U.S. market Deep expertise in Joint Venture structures, Tax Equity, Debt Financing, and Loan Facilities Strong financial modeling and deal execution skills MBA and/or CFA preferred but not required
