A company is looking for a Property Preservation Administrative Coordinator to support various administrative tasks related to property preservation. Key Responsibilities Administer the main Property Preservation Administration email box for vendor notifications and correspondence Complete monthly vendor scorecards and prepare daily reports for vendors regarding account status Review utility invoices and ensure services are discontinued when properties are sold Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of work experience in the legal field or default mortgage servicing Understanding of standard business practices in the mortgage industry Competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
