Provider Experience Analyst
A company is looking for a Provider Experience Analyst to support the provider service team through research and analysis of claims issues. Key Responsibilities Conduct claims research to identify patterns affecting timely and accurate payment Perform analyses to assess provider trends and improve the overall provider experience Manage provider relationships and facilitate training on policy and process changes Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience in business or IT 1-2 years of experience in health insurance, claims, or provider service operations Knowledge of claim payment processes and systems Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Business knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid product lines
