Key Responsibilities Respond to and resolve practitioner inquiries regarding credentialing and contracting Assist practitioners and clients with questions related to participation requirements and administrative issues Perform credentialing activities and manage administrative duties to support practitioner inquiries Required Qualifications Associates degree or equivalent preferred; high school diploma required if no degree Minimum 2 years of customer service experience preferred Experience in specialty health care or credentialing preferred Proficient in MS Office, including word processing and spreadsheets General understanding of Provider Relations Guidelines
