Client Service Manager
A company is looking for a Taft Hartley Client Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming calls from clients, brokers, and Third-Party Administrators within service standards
Provide information on retirement account details, payments, transactions, and application status
Resolve escalated customer complaints and assist in team training and process improvements
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with 401k Retirement products
Strong leadership skills
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Advanced understanding of internal business processes and workflows
Experience in a call center is preferred
