Provider Services Analyst

Key Responsibilities Build and analyze the provider engagement funnel, establishing measurement techniques and KPIs Utilize SQL, Excel, Python, and other tools to mine operational data and monitor performance Diagnose data quality gaps and present improvement recommendations to Operations leadership quarterly Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in a data analyst or claims analyst role Experience with Microsoft Excel, SQL, R, and Python Familiarity with PowerBI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools Experience querying data warehouses, preferably Snowflake or Databricks Bachelor's degree; experience in healthcare or related sector is a bonus
