Public Trust Licensed UX Researcher
A company is looking for a UX Researcher to support the development of a new software application for online scheduling. Key Responsibilities Conduct user research to gather insights and inform the design of the application Develop user personas, user stories, and user workflows based on research findings Create and maintain user journey maps and wireframes Qualifications Proven experience as a UX Researcher or similar role Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and research methodologies Experience with user story creation, persona development, and user workflow mapping Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and other design-related documentation Must possess a Public Trust clearance; preferably from the Department of State
