A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Manager - Medicare STARS & HEDIS. Key Responsibilities Oversee data compilation, review, and analysis for Quality Management programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance Act as the primary liaison between vendors and the enterprise, managing technical solutions for NCQA accreditation and CMS Star programs Lead and develop staff by providing training, coaching, and performance management to ensure regulatory compliance and service excellence Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience instead of a degree 4 years of experience in data reporting Must have SAS and/or SQL experience Must have Medicare STARS/CMS Regulatory experience 1 year of supervisory experience
