Compliance Officer
A company is looking for a Compliance Officer responsible for managing corporate compliance programs and ensuring legal adherence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws
Develop and maintain HR compliance programs and policies
Conduct audits and advise leadership on regulatory changes affecting employee relations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
5+ years of in-house corporate compliance experience
3+ years of HR compliance experience with knowledge of California and New York state employment laws
Professional certifications such as CCEP or CRCM are preferred
Must be based in the Eastern Time Zone (ET)
