Qualtrics Platform Administrator
A company is looking for a Qualtrics Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and control Qualtrics user permissions, ensuring adherence to governance processes
Maintain and develop SmartSheet inventories for surveys, dashboards, users, and APIs
Develop and implement related automations and support survey intake triage processes
Required Qualifications:
Expertise in Qualtrics Brand Administration
Proficiency in Jira, SmartSheet, and Atlassian Confluence
Experience in managing SaaS platforms or similar technologies
Ability to work in ambiguous and changing environments
