Remote Member Advocate
A company is looking for a Member Advocate - PBM - Remote. Key Responsibilities Receive inbound calls from members to address inquiries regarding their pharmacy benefits Establish and maintain relationships with members to ensure their needs are met promptly and professionally Provide information and resolve issues to influence a positive customer experience Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; some college preferred Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred but not required Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume contact center environment Bi-lingual Spanish is preferred but not required 1+ years of Pharmacy and/or Health Care experience preferred
