A company is looking for a Remote Onboarding Specialist to promote and educate patients on medication management solutions. Key Responsibilities Conduct health and medication reviews with patients and collect key health information Ensure accurate data entry of patient prescription information and achieve key performance metrics Manage patient assessment processes and maintain accurate records for team communication Required Qualifications Certified Pharmacy Technician is preferred Home Internet with at least 15 Mbps download and 6 Mbps upload Ability to work Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 8 PM EST Must have been in the current role for at least 6 months Completion of training sessions and active participation in assessments is required
