Retail Success Manager
A company is looking for a Retail Success Manager to support account strategies with major retailers and distributors in North America.
Key Responsibilities
Manage business relationships with designated Retail & B2B/Distributor customers
Create and manage an account success plan collaboratively with customer and internal stakeholders
Drive brand adoption through marketing campaigns and advocate for Salsify brands within retail/distributor accounts
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles in fast-paced environments, preferably in high tech
Experience working with retailers or distributors as an employee, vendor, or supplier
Strong project or program management experience
Experience navigating large, complex Fortune 1000 companies
High emotional intelligence and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
