Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement Salesforce solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements Design and develop custom Salesforce applications, providing technical leadership and mentorship to the team Ensure best practices in coding and deployment, and manage complex components of the work plan/project Required Qualifications: 4+ years of experience working on Financial Service Cloud Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience with Salesforce, including over 2 years in a lead role Experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture, and architectural frameworks Salesforce Technical Certifications are required Knowledge of agile methodologies and complete project life cycle activities
