Key Responsibilities Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis for month-end close procedures Supervise and train an offshore BPO team to ensure quality and accuracy of transactions Develop new processes to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the month-end close timeline Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in general accounting or public accounting/audit at a senior level Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration CPA with big 4 audit experience strongly preferred Experience with NetSuite or other large-scale accounting systems Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot tables and V-lookups

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot tables and V-lookups
