Key Responsibilities: Oversee requirements development and manage Computer Software Configuration Item (CSCI) requirements and algorithms Negotiate internal and external interfaces with customers, partners, and suppliers Implement and refine engineering change processing and release workflows in Windchill Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 15+ years related work experience, or equivalent education and experience Proven experience with Windchill and Windchill workflow modifications Strong background in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools Proficiency in application development and software architecture Experience with engineering change processes and workflow optimization
