Senior Customer Order Representative

Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service and support operational improvements to exceed service levels
Manage customer account activity, including order fulfillment and addressing customer inquiries
Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders to enhance customer service collaboration
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of experience preferred
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred
In-depth knowledge in a technical or specialty area
Ability to resolve complex problems independently
Experience in providing guidance or technical assistance to less experienced team members
