Senior Customer Support Engineer
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the post-sales customer lifecycle from installation and onboarding through upgrades
Provide customer support, including diagnosing and debugging customer problems
Build relationships with customers to understand their desired business outcomes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in customer support or related field
Proficiency in Docker, GitHub or GitLab, SQL, and Postgres
Experience with Linux command line and shell scripting
Knowledge of Python, REST APIs, and JSON processing
Familiarity with networking concepts such as NetBox, DCIM, and IPAM
