Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain tooling for the Customer Support Engineering team

3+ years of experience supporting systems for technical customer-facing teams
Awareness or exposure to the needs of PaaS support
Hands-on experience with Next.js and Vercel
Experience in mentoring and providing feedback to team members
Comfortable working with a fully remote, globally distributed team
