Key Responsibilities: Provide rapid and effective support for end users using remote assistance tools Document processes, issues, and procedures for IT and external use Assist the IT team with project-related tasks in Office 365, Salesforce, and other cloud environments Required Qualifications: 5-10 years of IT support experience Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience Current and verifiable IT certifications such as Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP), MCSE, MCSA, MCP, CompTia A+, Security+, Microsoft 365 Certified Administration Expert Experience with O365 systems administration, Azure, EntraID, and Active Directory Expert knowledge of PC and Mac hardware and operating systems
