Senior Director of Enterprise Accounts
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Enterprise Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Drive long-term strategic growth within assigned accounts through account management and new business development
Develop account plans that align with customer objectives and identify key decision makers and revenue opportunities
Manage and develop an enterprise account management team to meet Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets
Required Qualifications
10 years of customer-facing professional experience, preferably in sales or revenue-generating account management
Experience selling into state government and/or healthcare organizations
Experience in SaaS solutions or within the healthcare and/or government market
Experience in full-cycle key account management with successful contract value increases
