Workforce Planning Consultant
A company is looking for a Consultant, Workforce Planning to lead and optimize workforce strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and optimize staff utilization and resource allocation based on project needs and capacity
Review financial performance and manage margins by aligning staffing levels with profitability targets
Develop processes for budget oversight and forecasting to maintain resource allocation plans
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certifications are a plus
Minimum of 15 years of experience in resource management or similar roles, preferably in a consulting environment
Proven track record in managing resource allocation and forecasting for financial and operational targets
Strong financial acumen with experience in budget forecasting and margin management
Expertise in resource management tools and advanced Excel or data analysis skills
