Key Responsibilities Draft a methodology note applicable to all country mapping exercises Oversee document reviews and stakeholder interviews in Ghana, and support research teams in Ethiopia and Nigeria Prepare reports summarizing findings and key issues across the three countries Required Qualifications 15+ years of relevant experience in health systems research or policy initiatives, particularly in PHC financing and supply chains Must reside in Ghana and be legally eligible to consult there Experience with the international health landscape and comparative analysis across Africa and Asia Strong relationships with sub-national health system stakeholders Demonstrated expertise in qualitative analysis, including conducting stakeholder interviews
