Senior Helpdesk Technician
A company is looking for a Sr. Helpdesk Technician to provide technical support and manage deployment activities for IT asset management.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the Inventory Team for order processing and endpoint deployments
Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of deployment inventory in the IT Asset Management System
Participate in testing of endpoint software, hardware, and deployment processes, providing support across all locations
Required Qualifications
2+ years of customer support experience
Minimum 2 years of inventory experience
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., Maximo, CA Service Desk)
Experience with Windows 10
Associate's degree
