A company is looking for a Program Manager, Client Implementation to manage client implementation and success teams while partnering with government stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead the client implementation and success team to ensure timely and high-quality project execution Guide state and local partners through program implementation, transforming mandates into milestones Utilize AI-driven tools for documentation management, project health tracking, and stakeholder transparency Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Deep familiarity with federal funding processes in broadband or related infrastructure programs Experience implementing technical solutions within government settings Ability to quickly learn and advise on federal policy frameworks Bachelor's degree in public policy, business, technology, communications, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred Project management experience and/or certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) are a plus
