Senior Knowledge Manager
A company is looking for a Senior Knowledge Manager to lead the design and implementation of a company-wide skills intelligence initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Design a robust skills taxonomy relevant to the company's service offerings and client needs
Lead the design and deployment of a skills self-assessment survey across all employees
Architect and implement a searchable repository of employee skills, certifications, and experiences
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Information Science, HR, or related field
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in knowledge management or talent development roles
Experience building or managing skill frameworks or competency models
Expertise in structuring large datasets and creating usable taxonomies
