A company is looking for a Senior Lead Accountant. Key Responsibilities: Create, post, and review general ledger accounting entries for a line of business Perform and review account reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure accuracy in financial data Conduct technical accounting research and provide support for strategic initiatives Required Qualifications/Competencies: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite High level of integrity and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
