A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Mobility - Remote. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage global mobility policies and procedures for assignments and relocations Act as a point of contact for employees undergoing domestic relocations and international assignments, providing guidance on various aspects Manage relationships with external vendors, oversee immigration processes, and maintain accurate records of global mobility activities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred) 10+ years of experience in global mobility within a global, matrixed organization Strong knowledge of immigration laws, tax regulations, and global mobility best practices Experience working in a global, fast-paced environment Knowledge of Workday
