A company is looking for a Senior People and Culture Business Partner. Key Responsibilities Design and implement leadership development initiatives and provide coaching to supervisors Serve as a trusted advisor for employee relations matters and ensure compliance with labor laws Track and manage leave of absence activity and support workforce planning during LOA periods Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree required 3+ years of experience in Human Resources for a multi-state employer 5+ years of experience in a Business Partner or related position Working knowledge of federal and state regulations related to HR functions HR designation (SHRM or HRCI) preferred
